Buongiorno a tutti e… BUON 1° AGOSTO! Oggi nella mia città c’è la festa del santo patrono, e per tre giorni le strade del centro sono piene di bancarelle. Intanto sono qui per mostrarvi uno dei miei ultimi outfit, indossato durante una serata d’estate non proprio caldissima.
Goodmorning everybody and… HAPPY 1st DAY OF AUGUST! Today in my town, we celebrate the patron saint, and this means that the streets are full of stands. But I’m here to show you one of my latest outfits, worn during a fresh night out with my friends.
Per creare l’outfit sono partita dal contrasto tra bianco e rosso, i colori delle mie nuove scarpe (ricordate? Ve ne ho parlato qui).
I created this look starting with the colors of my new wedges: red and white. Do you remember them? I talked you about them here.
Perciò ho indossato un top bianco e un cardigan rosso-corallo, sopra un paio di semplici jeans slavati. Ultimamente, oltre alle trecce, sto portando spesso la coda di cavallo: adesso che i miei capelli sono cresciuti, finalmente mi piace l’effetto!
I was wearing a white top and a coral-red cardigan, with a simple pair of jeans. You already know that I’m in love with braids, but lately I’m really appreaciating and re-descovering the beauty of ponytails!

Ma qualcuno ha notato il titolo del post? Come mai il riferimento alla cheesecake? Semplicemente perchè i colori principali di quest’outfit mi ricordano tanto i colori delle fragoline e dei frutti di bosco, e della crema di panna e Philadelphia. E poi ultimamente sto diventando abbastanza brava a preparare la cheesecake… Ecco, adesso siete a conoscenza della mia passione per il cake baking e il cake design 🙂
If you’re wondering about the title of this post, and about the reference to cheesecakes, you just have to know that the reason is that the colors of this outfit, red and white, remind me to the strawberries and the cream of this cake! And you also have to know that baking and decorating cakes is one of my greatest passions!
